What is the Argyle Adventure Boot Camp for Women?

A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year, Kelli Calabrese. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 am. Kelli will send you daily empowering e-mails to educate and inspire you towards making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Kelli will give you specific feedback on your food logs each week, track your progress and ensure you see the most dramatic results in a fun and supportive environment in 4 weeks time.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of safely doing. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we meet?

The Argyle women's and men's Adventure Boot Camp meets at Cross Timbers Community Church at 9301 Highway 377, just north of the 1171 intersection and south of the 407 Intersection. You can't miss us. - Please park towards the middle of the lot. We will enter the building doors towards the end of the building and use the space in front of the doors for an exercise area (as well as the indoor rooms). Men will meet towards the road.

Argyle intermediate School at 800 Eagle Dr. Argyle, TX at 8:20 am. This is in the South Bound lane off of Rt 377 across from Country Club Road.

First Baptist Church Denton at 1110 Malone st Next to the Christian Life Center parking lot. Next to Denton High School.

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program (20 sessions). All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM. Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. Camp is from 5:30 – 6:30 AM. There is also a four day option (16 total sessions), and a three day option (12 sessions) . Ideally you should attend all 20 for the most dramatic results however if you have another early morning commitment, engage in other fitness activities, will be traveling during camp or are joining a camp in session, you can choose the other two options.

When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any fitness retailers in the area including Target, Costco or Walmart. For wonderful outdoor gear, Kelli has extended a 20% discount on Nautilus and Pearl Izumi Apparel which is designed for all outdoor weather training. You will be given details for other participating business discounts prior to the start of camp.

What can I achieve from camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You will gain valuable incite regarding how to make exercise, healthful eating and well being a permanent and enjoyable part of your life. You'll receive a FREE nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $399. That covers twenty hours of instruction, plus the before and after assessment, one hour nutrition seminar and free t-shirt. ! It averages out to just $19.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Kelli charges $100 - $150 an hour for personal training services, so you can see that this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by an award winning certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience transforming bodies, for just a fraction of the cost. You truly can not put a price on your health, self esteem and the confidence you will gain from Argyle Adventure Boot Camp. If you look at what you will save in medical bills down the road or having to buy larger size clothing or lost opportunities due to your health, 19.95 for an hour of empowerment is priceless.

Other options:

The Adventure Boot Camp program is designed to be done 5 days per week, however there is a 4 day a week option as well as a 3 day a week option. The 5 day program includes all 20 sessions and is the best way to jump start your fitness and see dramatic improvements. The 4 day a week program also produces significant physical changes and the 3 day per week program is also beneficial and is especially good for those who are very beginners, are working with injuries or who compliment boot camp with other activities. The 4 day per week program is 319.00 for a savings of $80 per camp.

You can also choose to come three days per week for a discount of $160. Total cost is just $239 All camps are 19.95 per day). Note. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. Once we receive your registration you will receive a confirmation with the date of the nutrition seminar and fitness assessment which will take place at the same night prior to camp beginning.
