She is the author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body, and the former lead fitness expert for eDiets.com. Kelli is the mom to a 5 and 6 year old and understands the importance of balance, and quick healthy meals.

Sunday September 14th at 6 – 7:30 PM at Cross Timbers Church on Rt 377 in Argyle. Fitness assessments will follow at 7:30.
