Rules:

  • All contestants must have a before and after fitness assessment and photo.
  • Argyle Adventure Boot Camp must be their primary workout source.
  • A minimum of 3 sessions a week must be attended (baring unforeseen medical reasons / travel).
  • The winner will be judged by 4 judges including Coach Kelli, Coach Brad, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Guarnera.
  • The person who has the most dramatic transformation including pounds, change in percentage of body fat, inches lost, change in physique and improvements to the number of pushups and timed mile will be the winner.
  • Contestants may enter the contest late, however it will end on Dec 17th for final judging.

Brad Jurica
Brad Jurica M.A is a  former Division I collegiate athlete, national presenter, author, and consultant for premier athletes around the country. He is co-owner of Mental Training Inc.,
a performance enhancement-based consulting firm providing athletes, executives, and performers the tools and support to strengthen their mental skills and find their performance “zone” Brad serves as an adjunct professor at four local colleges and universities. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in philosophy and psychology with Honors. 
Brad is an Adventure Boot Camp Certified Instructor and has ten years of personal
training experience
. Brad began working with elite, professional and Olympic athletes in Southern California.  Since coming to Texas, Brad has worked with both clinical and nonclinical populations holding workshops on topics such as: goal setting, team cohesion, anxiety management, progressive muscle relaxation, the importance of self-esteem, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, eating disorders, anger management, leadership development, mental toughness, and team building.
Currently, he is a member of Divisions 18 (Public Service) and 47 (Sport and Exercise Psychology) of the American Psychological Association and has served as a Western and Southwest regional representative for the Association of Applied Sport Psychology since 2003. In addition, he has been an active member of the Surfrider Foundation for over a decade and is an advocate for keeping our beaches and coastal wetlands pollution free. For years Brad has been studying Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) and mixed martial arts (MMA).  He enjoys traveling, surfing, competing in half and full marathons, and spending time with his 3-year old black lab “Zehn”.
