When I signed up for boot camp I really was just interested in trying to get back in shape and make a few changes to my eating habits.  What I discovered is that I had forgotten how good I felt when I was exercising regularly and eating healthier.  I have made major improvements in shedding excess fat and have noticed a huge increase in my energy levels.  I have shaved almost a minute off of my mile run and have noticed that I am not getting headaches or back aches any more.  My co-workers have all commented on how I seem to have a better attitude around the office and my wife has made more than a few comments about my flat stomach.   I can’t tell you enough how much I have enjoyed the last month and am excited about starting another boot camp.  My next goal is a six minute mile and I will not stop until I have the washboard abs that I haven’t seen in years.  Thanks for everything and we’ll see you on the next adventure!

Jeremiah Chapman

Jeremiah is an experienced strength and conditioning professional with a strong background working in teams and developing athletes. He specializes in effective program design for the population he’s working with and has exceptional coaching techniques. He uses diverse coaching and fitness strategies and philosophies to lead the men’s boot camp and achieve the desired physical results.

Jeremiah is an accomplished athlete with a record of success working in intense, goal-driven situations and possessing a vast amount of leadership experience. He has earned a B.S., Recreation and Leisure – Sports Management, University of North Texas, Denton, with a full Academic Scholarship for 4 Years and on the Dean’s List 2 Years. He is currently the Byron Nelson High School - Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Trophy Club, Texas and during summers is a Manager with Performance Course - Athletic Strength and Conditioning Development, Allen, Texas running the conditioning camps at Marcus HS in Flower Mound.

Brad Jurica
Brad Jurica M.A is a  former Division I collegiate athlete, national presenter, author, and consultant for premier athletes around the country. He is co-owner of Mental Training Inc.,
a performance enhancement-based consulting firm providing athletes, executives, and performers the tools and support to strengthen their mental skills and find their performance “zone” Brad serves as an adjunct professor at four local colleges and universities. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in philosophy and psychology with Honors. 
Brad is an Adventure Boot Camp Certified Instructor and has ten years of personal
training experience
. Brad began working with elite, professional and Olympic athletes in Southern California.  Since coming to Texas, Brad has worked with both clinical and nonclinical populations holding workshops on topics such as: goal setting, team cohesion, anxiety management, progressive muscle relaxation, the importance of self-esteem, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, eating disorders, anger management, leadership development, mental toughness, and team building.
Currently, he is a member of Divisions 18 (Public Service) and 47 (Sport and Exercise Psychology) of the American Psychological Association and has served as a Western and Southwest regional representative for the Association of Applied Sport Psychology since 2003. In addition, he has been an active member of the Surfrider Foundation for over a decade and is an advocate for keeping our beaches and coastal wetlands pollution free. For years Brad has been studying Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) and mixed martial arts (MMA).  He enjoys traveling, surfing, competing in half and full marathons, and spending time with his 3-year old black lab “Zehn”.
