Nutrition Consultation

If you are frustrated, confused or not getting results from your current eating plan, a 90 minute private nutrition consultation can give you clarity, empowerment , inspiration, direction and new found motivation to finally help you understand how to eat and the steps to make it an enjoyable reality.

For 90 minutes, Kelli will become your personal success coach to assist you in understanding how and what to eat and ultimately how to make positive physical changes. Once you register, Kelli will personally set you up with an online account and give you a username and password to complete comprehensive assessment forms. The information that will be gathered includes your medical and health history, exercise history, eating log, lifestyle activity, goals, exercise preferences and more. Kelli will then evaluate your information and prepare for your first nutrition consultation together.

The initial consultation will be 90 minutes and consists of discussing your personalized success plan. You will receive excerpts of Chapter 6 from Kelli's Feminine, Firm and Fit Program covering the topic called "Fuel your Body". The information in that chapter will give you the tools to eat healthful, lose unwanted fat, create positive eating habits and get healthy from a cellular level. You will leave this session empowered with the beginning steps to makeover your body and health. Argyle Boot Camp members save $25 on a consultation.
